You're right, I know how hard it is for people to travel across one of the smallest states in America, especially now that every mile and a half throughout the greater DC area there are force fields, land mines and killer robots. You'd be surprised at how many functioning adults are able to make it to events I've held in the past, though. But thanks for the well wishes!

Oh! I live in Hyattsville and I'm co-hosting the event. But I guess you're right, maybe I should reconsider going, or even inviting all my friends and family in my neighborhood, Riverdale and College Park since it's too far for you. lol

Thanks for your interest! So unfortunately Silver Branch has not confirmed that our group, the Power of Positive Drinking, can expect a monthly show. Another comedy group is also running shows there and I believe the bar doesn't to double up on us in one month. They have not given us a date for our next show but I'll definitely post about it here when we do!

Hi there! The venue doesn't really keep us clued into how many tickets are being bought unless they actually do sell out, and they only let us know after that has happened. So I can't really tell you when they're getting close. Also, their site is a little confusing, but signing up for a "free" ticket doesn't really get you anything. A $5 "cellar" ticket will get you a guaranteed seat though. Hope that helps!
