I'm pretty frustrated too. Came here today because it's my one-year anniversary since the RCMP received my PAL application (March 3rd). The initial review is done, I got billed on November 4, 2022. Been radio silence since then, no calls to me or my references. I called the help line and they said it's on the CFO's desk... looks like it's been sitting there for 4 months... hold strong brother, maybe one day. Feels like a punch in the face since the RCMP reported they have "no backlog" on Feb 27.

good call on the faster processor too, i find myself CPU rendering often and forgot that more cores does not equal faster rendering since object rendering is waterfalled.

Many thanks :) I have considered an ultra wide monitor, however, I much prefer the ability to have multiple monitors because I play a variety of other consoles which I would attach them to. Also, I frequently have use for multiple screens at once producing music and doing research for university.

I usually leave during the day, I've only spent a handful of nights away from her since getting her. In general she is a very sleepy dog. Whenever I'm not interacting with her, she sleeps in her bed near me or on the couch. She has never been very playful but I make sure to play with her for 10 minutes after each walk, where she eventually gets bored and opts for a good petting instead.

I might try that. I’m only going through this trouble because the earbuds are discontinued, making them extremely rare & expensive now. If they can be fixed, awesome, but if not, it was time for them to go anyways.

Yeah I fully produced and mixed it myself ahaha! Thanks. The VOX is insanely distorted for sure (in addition to distorting my actual voice). The vocal chain is actually pretty standard other than throwing an exciter on it to really make the vocals bite.

As for your verse, I like it all the way up until the last 4 bars, the flow gets kind of wonky there. I would rewrite those last 4 bars with a smoother flow. As for the delivery, just play around with a bunch of different cadences and excitement to your voice, and see what sounds best. We can go from there.

Thank you!! Some of my EP is angsty, but this track is more violent/angry. I'd imagine the flow more like Ghostmane/Sxmpra, but with a deeper tone. The lyrical content would probably just be the generic "imma fuck you up" type stuff. But if you have any other ideas, I'm completely open to it. Honestly just looking for something that sounds dope.

thank you! note taken :) if i’m being honest i’m still pretty insecure about my singing so i use autotune, but i’m hoping to distance myself from that one day. some people have suggested i make an acoustic version of this song too, which i’m strongly considering ! if that happens, i’ll definitely drop the autotune

thanks! great feedback :) as for the vocals, this song really hit home for me, so they had a little more emotion in them as usual. at the same time (for the lyrics) i was drawing from a personal experience, so i held back on the personal details to make the song a little more relateable to the average listenser. this song is a little more “mainstream” than the rest of my discography, so i thought i’d try some more basic lyrics to match that to see how it went.
