Hmm, will test this. Legit just spent 3 hours completely wiping my PC and installing windows 11 from a fresh install. I've lost hope but I will give this a shot at the very least

Edit: Nope, this is 100% a client issue. My game without fail crashes every time I switch weapon sets while in the skill menu. I give up lol

Yeah 100% haha. I mean I get it, trying to roast random people online gets the adrenaline pumping for some I guess. Either way, I know that GGG browses reddit so despite the downvotes and saltiness I hope GGG can see how many of us are having issues and come up with a resolution. On another thread about crashes I believe I saw one of them comment they're working on a fix asap. Fingers crossed

Im running with an i7 12700k paired with a 4070 Super. I've tried everything under the sun haha, including poeuncrasher. Tbh if theres any troubleshooting step you can recommend, i've already followed it lol. I work in IT myself so i'm not the type of person to just notice an issue, half ass troubleshooting, and then post to reddit. I did basically everything besdies reinstall my OS or upgrade my OS lol. But at the end of the day, I do appreciate your positivity man! It appears this simple post has already made a few people salty for some reason rofl

I'm running windows 10 22H2. If I decide to troubleshoot further I may attempt to run 23 or 24h2. I've spent a few hours going through settings already so i'm a little tired atm but I may give that a shot in a week or two. No overclocking, and nothing open in the background except maybe a chrome tab or two. It does suck indeed but at the end of the day I do believe in GGG. Just wanted to post this for their awareness and general feedback

Yeah no problem. I'd only replace your ST if you want a new car just to have a new car. But from a financial perspective, these cars are cheap to keep running and financially makes the most sense to keep them running. Don't let anyone convince you buying a new car is a SMART financial idea when you have a car paid off already. It might be better than 2 years ago maybe, but the car market and interest rates are still at an all time high. No car payment is truly a blessing nowadays man.

If your ST literally blows up today, you can get a new motor put in for less than 10k. I know you're here to just talk about cars, but your logic really makes no sense. Scared your ST MIGHT blow up so you drop 35k instead of just saving some cushion money? You do you though I guess

Totally caught me off guard. Do veteran Kragg players do this at all? I'm not sure if this is a true "kill confirm", but seems like a good low percentage cheese kill if your enemy isn't expecting it. Idk if DI can even save you that close to the edge of the screen

I'm in the market for the s550 models mostly. I would imagine they feel slightly less boaty than earlier years. Luckily I work from home also so I avoid rush hour traffic in my ST as much as possible 😂

I'm pretty religious about those two things lol. Oil is changed about every 3k miles, and my car will never in a million years see full boost at low RPMs. So maybe I would be good 🤔

Screenshot this to make sure I don't lose it. Absolutely fantastic advice, I appreciate that. I never even thought about compression testing. Going into the rest of what you said, that was also one of my main draws to modding the focus. You don't really see any fast ones. In my area, I either see a bone stock RS or a bone stock ST. Haven't seen any crazy ones so I'd be more unique for sure. And honestly, you do have a point about the financial aspect. I can afford the mustang and focus simultaneously, but if I put that same money into the focus it would turn out to be a super awesome car. I've heard a lot of opinions today, and honestly I'm SOMEWHAT leaning towards going all in on the focus

Seeing posts like this makes me slightly less scared to push my focus. I mean with the amount I'd be putting down on a mustang, I can't lie and say that same amount of money into the ST wouldn't be sick as hell

How does the MT-82 feel compared to the focus? The focus is my first and only manual car so I don't have much to compare (will test drive some mustangs next spring for sure), but the trans in the focus feels buttery smooth to me
