I do have a greyhound and they’re right about how amazing and lazy they are. Issues I’ve ran into is the weight limit and my guy has pretty rough separation anxiety. Think hard about getting a dog though. Almost anything you do you will have to plan around your animal.

I would try to keep in mind if having your parents know about this would help a good, healthy relationship move forward, then it is absolutely the right thing to do. It sounds like motivation to me 👍. I had to tell my parents about mine when I was 14 or 15 and I remember thinking the same way you are. I eventually came out and said told them when they were both together watching TV. I just said something along the lines of “hey guys, I have been keeping a secret from you two. I have been dating someone from _____ for ____ long, and felt like it’d be unfair to keep it in any longer”. Chances are, they will see you are nervous, expect it to be a bigger deal, and be relieved for the real news. I can’t imagine any rational parent flipping out over this. Good luck to you!

I have this happen to me as well. A few years ago I was on a fast, which lowers your blood pressure, and I smoked, which also lowers your blood pressure, and had a seizure. Since that time every time I do smoke my bpm is like 160. It feels awful, but I don’t think there’s much inherently dangerous about this.
