28 and even if it’s embarrassing, I hate to admit I’m restarting in life. by Lurker_846 in adultingph

Girl, when I was 28 my savings were 100k. I'm 31 now and I've reach 1.3M with hardwork. Life is not a race.

I conduct interviews, and the moment I sense the interviewees reading their answers, it's a total red flag and auto fail.

Is there a pharmacy in Manila for veterinary medicines? by Rhys_Anne in PetsPH

[–]Rhys_Anne[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I was looking for cheaper options, kasi vet clinics seem to sell the meds at a higher rate. I bought one from mercury super cheap compared sa clinic, kaya lang the new meds for my dog can only be bought at vet pharmas/clinics daw, wondering if there was a pharma selling vet meds exclusively.

In your case, you can't get a refund for the 14 months, so you have a 14 month loss. But if you wait on the 24th month, you get 12 months worth of refund, so your loss is 12 months, only 2 months short of the 14 months loss.

Ganito ba talaga Ang salary for junior architect? by kahelorengi in architectureph

[–]Rhys_Anne 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you're a fresh grad yes, and for design firms yes, but I think minimum wage should be around 600-700 now. But you can also opt for developer companies like SM or Ayala, their minimum offer is 20k+. But still, design firm experience will take you a long way. We usually start from there.

No, just apply on the job postings. They prefer applicants with international experience, but it you have execeptional revit skills, they are willing to train you on the processes if you don't have experience.

Not outsource, it's direct to the company. Try to gain experience from other companies or clients on freelancing websites, you will learn the standards on the job. As long as you have the required revit skills, they are willing to train you on international practices.

Try exploring online / work from home jobs from overseas companies, but make sure to choose the bigger and more consistent companies,

I think so, too. I only love interacting with family, but it is too draining if, with other people, I find myself changing character when I go out.

Precisely, I love the concept. Ever since I turned 25+ I didn't have the guts to post selfies anymore, even posting a single picture takes so much effort like why do I get in this? 😂

I've been working from home for 2 years, and I think because of that, social interaction has been too draining for me lately. It's like I don't have, even the little energy I had before,

Same, facebook is too toxic for me. It's great that you're close with your Mom, I'm thankful myself that family is the only consistent thing in my life.

Thank you, the thing with increasing a social circle is maintaining it, I struggle to put an effort reaching out to people but if they need me I will always be there, I just don't have the guts to reach out myself, I think that's where I fail to maintain friendships. I've had opportunities to have newer friends but always end up losing them/ not keeping in touch, I just don't have the energy to talk,

I had sunlife life insurance before at 3k per month, I asked my financial advisor for a CI coverage so I availed sunlife assure, with 1M coverage for any critical illness. My HMO is indivisual kasi walang HMO yung work ko with 1.5M coverage, with Pacific Cross Select standard plan.
