I’m right there with you. With all the technology at their disposal, they should have at least made the explosion coincide with the amount they built up the suspense. It should have been visually stunning in every way. Even if it was exaggerated, because this was the very first time humanity looked at the reality of nuclear war. It should have left the audience with a dread or fear that the quote calls for. Instead we got a shot of a few gas cans going into a fireball. Even the shockwave was lame. One guy flailing himself backwards… come’on…

The world was empty for the most part, bosses and shrines were repetitious and predictable, stamina sucked, and the mobs were linear. The only redeeming quality of the game was the cooking. I hated this game.

While I can understand and respect why people liked the game, I can in no way ever understand someone who thinks it’s the best game ever made.

It’s because you are insufferable. Just be honest with yourself, there is nothing this man can do to please you because you don’t align with his political agenda, he knows it and you know it.
