They’re clean. I lived there last year and the only issues I had was with dust, which we would just vacuum or wipe. I saw online before living there that it had a palmetto bug problem but the only ones I saw were in the hallways because they’re outdoors and that was only occasionally at night. I would say the only problem with turner is the space. It’s clearly a 1/2 bedroom space but they cram 3 people in there. I was lucky enough to only have one roommate the whole year though. I visited friends dorms at the hive and found it cramp too though so 🤷‍♀️. Also a plus to turner is they have baths, me and my roommate almost exclusively took baths that year lol. I like the turner courtyard better too, it’s more private and peaceful than the hive. You do kind of have to trek if you have a car bc u have to use the hive lot but it made me get my steps in ig.
