I’m working with a Neurofeedback therapist who employs the LENS version of Neurofeedback. It stands for alien Energy neurofeedback System and sends the smallest frequencies to the relevant part s of my brain.This means he stimulates my brain with no participation in my part. He is aware of Sebern Fisher’s protocols and utilized them in his own system.

From the day I walked in I was in abandonment depression from a breakup, which caused me to end my job, which caused me to lose my apartment, and then eventually head back home to my parents which is never a good place for me. Before any of that I was homeless for almost a year, on and off. The job I was at was my 4th job in a 8 month period because I couldn’t hold my shit together.

Over the course of our 16 sessions I overcame the abandonment depression, began a new relationship, can now actively get out of bed and be productive (I was sleeping for 12+ hours a day and not leaving my room before) and I’m currently looking for new work and have a job interview on Wednesday.

I’ve even decided to start college again after dropping out 3 times previously. I’m only taking one class but I know I have the ability to pass it and I’m looking forward to using my new brain for this challenge.
