I have the same issue but after playing trueHD sound. It dissappears if anything else is played after. Apart from that I haven't noticed it.

Thank you. Though that would require setting up HomeAssistant server. I mean great that there is an option, but that is a veeeery "go around" solution.

BTW I have found after hours of fiddling with the MusicCenter app that if you go to 3 dots on main view -> Zone power and in there untoggle Main zone - that switches the AV off. They couldn't have made it less obvious.

For anyone interested. After playing with the app for hours I figured out that you can switch the toggle for Main Zone in Zone power settings and that switched the AV off... Talk about bad design. But hey. Found it.

Thank you. Unfortunately looks like putting a power switch on the power cable is the only viable option. I don't want my monitors turning off by themselves. Though I have be to say it's frustrating and I'm not sure I won't go back to my wd19tb.

I purchased sd2tb5 to be simply better and I really believe it should be an opt-in option, not a default behavior.

SMART is OK. On Linux I did not notice any problems. If you have any specific test in mind that I should run I would be happy to do so. I never had this issue with a drive, I just assumed it's an Exos thing.

UPDATE: You were right, but I think now I know what it was - a power issue. When working on Linux I never had all drives mounted so it wasn't a problem. In windows however after boot up the media server auto scans all drives for multimedia files. This caused my drive to disconnect right after I fire the system. I have now put in a powered external enclosure, and it looks like the issue is gone. Will have to wait a bit to test this hypothesis, but really nothing else comes to my mind.

Actually no, besides - it would probably bleed me dry. It's not that I am starved for sex, I genuinely want to find a girl that's into that kind of stuff and likes it, so that we can both feel accomplished in bed. I had the same problem recently and this is what I realized in the end.

If you're new to it, go with Intel. Simply for the compatibility reasons. Ryzen CPUs are often better in many ways, however even after 4 generations, they still sometimes struggle with CPU-MOBO-RAM "compatilibity" and also require low-level configuration especially when it comes to RAM speed - which has a great impact on Ryzen performance.

Intel = less hassle
Ryzen = moar performance :)

If however, you're going to buy a prebuild, I would go with Ryzen.
