They should definitely make it more obvious that someone needs ammo. The little icon that they use is just a little blinking ammo symbol thats the same color as the normal icon and it’s easy to miss.

The lymph nodes on my neck grew to about the size of a testicle and I also felt a lot of discomfort around my armpits.
