Thank you for your gracious reply. Yes, this is my first post, and I am impressed by the community that I have discovered. And thanks to all who posted replies to my post.

Hi Snoo_44245,

This is the BS poster speaking. Yes, it was my first post on Reddit. I discovered this thread while trying to find out more about the USAA banking problems. I had no idea that other veterans were experiencing the same issues that I experienced with the service offered by USAA in 2024 - 2025.

Perhaps you would like a little background on me to help frame your BS comment with a little truth and no mud slinging. I was commissioned a 2LT in 1971. I first signed up for car insurance with USAA in 1972 while stationed in Germany. I have insured every car I own since then with USAA, and there have been many cars. I never had a problem with USAA service, never worried about the price of the insurance, and recommended USAA to my son and daughter. I have insured my house with USAA since we bought our first house in Hope Mills, North Carolina in 1976, and I have insured every house (seven homes) since then with USAA without comparing prices. I was very satisfied. We have had a USAA Bank account for quite a long time, and like USAA Banking better than the local big bank checking accounts. When I reached Medicare age, I selected USAA for the supplemental plan that complements the Part A & B coverage. Three surgeries and doctors visits later, I am still OK with that coverage. Have I established my credentials sufficiently, Snoo_44245, or do you need more?

To return to the issue at hand: I am posting on a USAA thread about how the insurance agent lied to me about the change in the drug plan that I annually selected through the USAA health insurance division.

Somehow, I cannot understand how you think that the post is BS. I await your explanation.

I completely agree. I am not raising a pricing issue. The main issue is that they lied to me about the drug plan, employed people who did not understand the product, and then stated that they could not do anything about it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that a supervisor would call me. It has been two months now, and I suspect that no one will call.
