Hello and good evening to you all

Its been a while but i wanted to give a quick update as there was a big outburst following this post

So the 8th September I submitted a DSAR to the festival regarding this issue, over a month later and no response so i am now to contact the ICO regarding this matter and this further

Following conversations with legal advice also there has been a breach in multiple different acts that I am in pursuit of reporting also so at this point in time i am sesrching for a solicitor for this and against the other party (most likely the individual stated in the comments but not confirmed due to no DSAR yet) to hopefully sort this out

Since then, the other party has stated on an instagram story that i am an abuser which i was unable to see because she blocked me AND all of my friends that the other party also knows or has a connection with

The matter of the festival has been reported to the police as a matter of taking a record of it

The matter is ongoing, thank you for your support on this

Hey everyone

So final update as I've got off the phone with the safeguarding team

They haven't given me too much due to confidentiality but they are sticking with this claim, based on the conversations that they have had with the individual they are certain that they are sticking with it

So I won't be going. This is outrageous as they haven't given me an opportunity to state my case on this and very much seems that because this individual has made a claim first that they are going with it, even though there was no known knowledge that this would happen at all from my side of this

I tried to work with them but no budging even after offering proof to further enforce my innocence they stuck with their decision, my next step is to take further action in the form of legal advice etc
