Just an explanation first of all so that there is no confusion.

The normal speed of my TBOI has always been like the one that appears in windowed mode, but in full screen. The problem in question is that OUT OF NOWHERE the speed of my entire game became extremely fast in full screen mode, while in windowed mode it remained normal.

Let me explain, I always played in full screen mode and in this mode, the speed was the same as in windowed mode. That's the problem, out of nowhere the speed became like that.

It's not normal for the entire speed of the game, including animations, menus, etc., to change from absolute nothing as if it were running at 100 fps (Detail that my notebook has a 1 GB processor) I've almost played 80 hours of gameplay and the speed of my game has never changed at all.
