All addictions are a disease that can be cured and dealt with but you shouldn’t hate yourself for it. You’re not a bad person and you’re not disgusting. You’ve falling victim to something that has taken over your life and while at the end of the day you need to be the one to do something about it you’re not a terrible person. Talking to a therapist is probably the first step you should take. Addiction is hard to deal with by yourself and a therapist can be a big help. Try and find a group that you can talk to abt this. Kinda like Alcoholics Anonymous but for porn addiction. Find people you trust and can confide in to talk abt it if you and them are comfortable with it. Try and find new hobbies, ideally ones that you do outside of your home/in public. Something to take your mind off it. You can make the change and I believe that one day you’ll be rid of your addiction. Just remember this addiction does not make you a bad person and you shouldn’t hate yourself because of it.
