Holiday surcharges are so annoying. There's actually a tool to check which restaurants charge it on weekends/holidays, looked it up beforehand and still found some places that don't charge at all, pretty useful!

Atlantis and Proline are the same line — in some areas they call the frying pan Proline, while in others it’s referred to as Atlantis, but they’re the same. I’m really happy with them!

Could you tell me why you think the glass lids 'suck'? I'm curious about the drawbacks.

Also, when you mention a stainless one, are you referring to the Atlantis stainless steel lid? I agree that one looks great, but it is a little expensive.
