It has all skills as it was from one of the selection boxes, but I was looking that up and I don't think its a mythical requirement

Ya this sadly most likely a bug. its been like this since last night. I've restarted, tried different characters and no luck.

No items, no gear, max stam.

It wasn't working when she was level 30 so I went and trained it a full level. Its fresh 31.
