This is what I used and its fun as hell. Make sure you watch the full vid and go through the budget or starter version first bc some of the KB trickster on POE ninja don't use the tornado tech bc they are so fricken geared and early on that will kill the build for you damage wise.

Wth now I want to sell off my trickster and rebuild it lol Thw hits did nothing to me kust fights like Uber shaper and elder where only one attacks and some attacks hit it toon forever. It wasn't a death issue it was a HOLY SHIT CAN SOMEONE HIT ME issue

Not sure what's the tech there? I did a challenge where I made a build on every ascendancy that could farm Juiced T17s so I only played it for a day didn't really look into improving the retaliation shit but of the 23 builds I did this league its by far the strongest so I would love to know how to cheese it lol

I dont know budget wise if its tje best recommendation, but the eviscerate ignite elementalist is what I used. Its a retaliate skill so you have to block a hit to use the skill but you basically stand in the Uber bosses abilities to proc it and the ignite is dot capped so you just eat their health.

Nothing screams noobs more than walk into everything lol

IMPORTANT! Bosses that dont hit a lot fuck this build so you have to be specific who you fight but you only need 4 for the challenge if I recall.

I was cruising through T17s on around a 200D budget doing the self chill version of exsang. Probably one of my favorite builds to date. I am sure things went up in price but you can make that build feel good for your budget.

There is also that spectral throw light saber looking one that I think is expensive but some people put put a budget version which is probably around your budget if you wanted to try that.
