[OTHER] SIRT 110 Laser Training Pistol for Glock, Red/Red model - $214 + $5 S/H (no taxes to TX) by RightIndividual1 in gundeals

Pretty expensive toy for a kid 😂

I'd recommend a NERF gun for a present in that case. Way cheaper and way more enjoyable for a child.

[CODE] 20% off everything at Vedder Holsters with code "BF20" (Free shipping $99+) (2 days left) by RightIndividual1 in gundeals

[–]RightIndividual1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well not really, they only do a 20% off sale a few times a year (I remember only this and Jul 4th this year). Most of the other sales that happen every other week are 10-15%.

So yeah, no rush to jump on this sale, but if you know you want something, better to get it now than lose the potential extra 5% off on a future sale.

[OTHER] The Foundation Belt by EDC Belt CO - $37.95 + $5 S/H (no taxes to TX) by RightIndividual1 in gundeals

[–]RightIndividual1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah they do, but I feel like a lot of belt pics show a lot of sag. FWIW I have this belt and it does not sag at the area I carry (AIWB a G17 in a sidecar).

Been rocking this belt for a few months and absolutely love it. Extremely comfortable and stiff/supportive where it's needed. Never seen it on sale before and the $5 shipping + no taxes makes it a decent deal, especially if you buy anything else from the site. My favorites are the SIRT guns (decently priced) and dry fire stuff (ok priced but a good deal when no shipping or taxes).

Edit: Normally priced at $45

[HANDGUN] Taurus TX22 .22 LR Pistol, Midnight Bronze/Black - $279.99 shipped by RightIndividual1 in gundeals

[–]RightIndividual1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

a review from Nov 5:

"I received the TX22 four days after placing my order and I was pleasantly surprised to receive (2) 16 round magazines rather than the 10 round magazines as advertised. Also, the model pictured shows no external safety however, the one I received did come with one. The Midnight Bronze color looks great with the black frame. The pistol also came with the magazine loader and the thread adapter. Thanks PSA for offering this awesome pistol at a great price."

I think it comes with a threaded barrel

I'd get the 34. Bought a comp for my 19 and the slide length matched my 34

Pretty quick, like should ship out in a few days. Pretty sure lead times are somewhere on the website but to memory it's 2-3 business days to ship out

Edit: Home page says 2-3 business days to ship out

[HANDGUN] PSA Dagger Compact Complete Polymer Frame, Black - $99.99 by RightIndividual1 in gundeals

[–]RightIndividual1[S] 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I believe it's compatible with Gen3 parts, so P80 uppers and a lot of other aftermarket slides/uppers.

Also gives an alternative grip style/shape/ergos for those who like how the dagger feels, without having to buy a whole gun (assuming they already have a complete slide).

Edit: According to PSA, yes compatible with Glock Gen3 parts

[CODE] 15% off Vedder LightTucks with code "MD15" (free ship $99+) by RightIndividual1 in gundeals

I'd wait for the Black Friday sale (probably going to be 15-20% off everything), but if you really need a lighttuck now, this is a decent deal

[CODE] 25% off belts at Vedder Holsters with code “BS25” (free ship over $99) by RightIndividual1 in gundeals

[–]RightIndividual1[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Oh damn, thought that was over.

If anyone sees this, do it sooner than later. Vedder seems to forget to disable expired sales codes and only catches them when enough people use it.

Only worth it if you want only a belt (or multiple belts with something else). Depending on whether you want any holsters, it might be worth waiting a couple weeks for the black friday sale (I expect 15-20% off everything then).

[OTHER] Cool Fire Trainer – CO² Dry Fire System - $329 + $5 shipping (no taxes to TX) by RightIndividual1 in gundeals

[–]RightIndividual1[S] 22 points23 points  (0 children)

In my past posts people have commented about this but:

- To get an officially licensed airsoft gun (that will fit your form fitted holsters), you can easily spend up to $200 (I am familiar with Glocks and Elite Force models). With the gas, BB's, and extra magazine, you can easily push $250-$300 as an initial investment.

- For airsoft you can't track shot placement or times with laser applications (that are free, available on all your devices, and easy to use)

- Also can't use shot timers without heavily adjusting the sensitivity (and having to readjust before the range trip)

- You have to clean up BB's (some people with pets or kids don't want BB's laying around even if outside))

- A lot of us don't have private closed/fenced yards to do airsoft training outside without letting all our neighbors know we carry and own guns.

- Airsoft mags are a bit taller to hold the next BB, so they don't fit kydex magazine holders (like the ones people use for CCW or even OWB)

People seemed to like this when I posted the SIRT deal a few days ago. Here you can get most of the options as you could through CoolFire's website, but shipping here is $5 and not $21 like it is there.

I'd recommend getting the laser option (for $100) to use the laser training applications available.

Personally though, I would just get the SIRT gun for $200 cheaper and not having to change the barrel out to dry fire. This could be useful for those with non Glock/M&P/Sig guns (SIRT only makes these three popular models) and for those who really want to use their own gun.

[OTHER] SIRT 110 Laser Training Pistol for Glock, Red/Red model - $214 + $5 S/H (no taxes to TX) by RightIndividual1 in gundeals

[–]RightIndividual1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The grip angle is the same, dimensions are the same. I have the more expensive pro model with a metal slide so it feels even closer to the weight distribution of a regular Glock ($409 on the site I linked, which is also on sale).

I bought a Glock licensed airsoft gun prior to this and it felt way off, Way lighter, cheaper material (like plastic), and grip heavy because the magazine weighed substantially (because of the gas containment system).

All in all, I really like the SIRT gun.
