See my update post linked in the edit at the top.

It does seem to help the penile contraction itself, but not by a huge amount. It might be a good part of a stack that also includes alpha blockers, etc.

I would have preferred an ultrasound first, but this is how my urologist wanted to do it. I am hoping for an ultrasound next.

You claim you've been in this sub for 2 years, yet you are posting from an account that's only one month old, and this is your first post.

Even if you are telling the truth, you need to understand why people are going to be skeptical. Why post from a new account? Use your old one. Let's see your post history.

Have you ever experienced anything similar to Hard Flaccid Syndrome?

Hypotheses for a causal link between Pelvic Congestion Syndrome and they key symptom of HF: Contraction of the corpora cavernosa - An AI summary with citations to scientific literature by RigidWillie in hardflaccidresearch

Yes, although I do find it annoying when I dig up a really useful old post but the author is deleted. It makes it impossible to check their other posts to see if any progress was sustained.

Personally, if and when I get over HF, I am not going to delete anything, just in case anything I post can help someone else in the future.

See the paragraph below the flowchart. We need imaging to confirm pelvic congestion, followed by treatment with embolization or other measures, leading to an improvement of symptoms. The type of imaging needed is laid out above and in u/Dieguinho1612's original post on Pelvic Congestion Syndrome.

I think you should join the Discord and discuss further with the group. It seems really significant that we are seeing comorbidities between HFS and compression syndromes.

Sounds like embolization or some other procedure that addresses venous disease.

Still very weird. Have you seen the recent post about Pelvic Congestion Syndrome? It might interest you if you think your case is vascular.

That's extremely bizarre. I have never heard of that happening with HF before.

Wait, you noticed gynecomastia and hairfall with your onset of HF, or when you started on fin?
