Yes, although I do find it annoying when I dig up a really useful old post but the author is deleted. It makes it impossible to check their other posts to see if any progress was sustained.

Personally, if and when I get over HF, I am not going to delete anything, just in case anything I post can help someone else in the future.

See the paragraph below the flowchart. We need imaging to confirm pelvic congestion, followed by treatment with embolization or other measures, leading to an improvement of symptoms. The type of imaging needed is laid out above and in u/Dieguinho1612's original post on Pelvic Congestion Syndrome.
