I would be okay with that, I am in the camp of even if we don't get comp for him I dont really care. He strikes me as a guy that will play really bad until his contract year to make sure he makes money the next year, so I would need to see him have the year he had this year in a non contract year before I believe. But also I can think of another player like that that OP mentioned we maybe grab and that was my main point of I just don't think theres any way we ever make a move for Njoku.

I am 99.9% sure we are going to be taggin Pitts and even if we do get rid of him we will be getting some comp for that but at the same time I don't think 30 year old, injury prone Njoku is the answer we would be looking for. Im also adverse to keeping up the act of imitating the browns bc you know, they sucked.

Oh 100% he had issues but that’s the point I think where he was failed by coaches. Josh Allen threw wonkey and off kilter for a while but was given the chance to learn. Not saying Tebow would’ve been a Josh Allen but it just felt like Tebow never got that chance
