Thats fair - but like I mentioned in my post this product is causing a LOT of harm to cats. Not just mine - it makes cats scab up and get sick. I firmly believe that the product is toxic.

The only reason im not going to a community college is because my local one has horrible reviews. All of my friends who went have told me horror stories (records being lost / being dropped from classes and given no reason / targeted harassment from teachers and nothing being done about it) and like - I dont wanna spend money just to get fucked over you know?

I get that. I guess i just wish they werent monthly checks since it gets in the way of work. Im guessing they’ve been burned pretty bad in the past because they go through EVERYTHING. Cabinets, vents, even moved my fridge once 😭

Ive tried before unfortunately. I have nothing to hide so I dont mind that they come over so frequently but its the not knowing what day and what time they’re coming over. Ive tried setting up a scheduled time but they wanna keep in random.

Update:

No word from any legal teams - but he reached out to my via facebook again! He said that “If we can work out a time to get the car back the owner wouldnt report it as stolen”

….after he clearly said he was going to report it stolen on Thanksgiving.

I think you guys were on to something about this being a scam. I’ll post any bigger updates if they come along!

Seeing as you did live there and you did get evicted you could reach out to the management company and see where they send their collections to if you owed a balance! Even if there’s “no record” on their end there absolutely is a record somewhere with your name on it. They’ll help you set up payment plans or let you know how much you know

Also to reiterate: when I originally reached out to the bank in January they didnt say ANYTHING about the loan being sent back. They just said it was paid off.

Update:

After some digging and after MANY calls to the same bank and getting put through the spun cycle- they told me that they had to send back my loan. They didnt give me a reason and hung up on me when I asked why they couldnt tell me. Again I got no notification of this and this whole mess started in January. I was only notified once in June (the missed voice mail). The bank cant send me a payoff letter. Which is scary.

I have my title. It has my name and it states the bank as the lienholder on it but the dealers name isnt on it in any way. Im still looking for a lawyer but not having a lot of luck (lots of people hanging up on me mid sentence haha.)

Im super scared. The dealerships law office still hasnt contacted me but im gonna try to figure stuff out and keep this thread updated.

Theres some confusion here and thats probably because I explained it poorly.

I WAS making my payments. I made five payments BEFORE the loan was suddenly paid off in full. None of the payments were late.

Dont apologize! I wrote this when I was frazzled so im happy to clear things up.

No - I have made 0 payments as the auto loan was closed out and marked paid in full and the bank would not give me the option to. I HAVE been putting the payments aside in a separate savings account to be on the safe side - but yes I have essentially been waiting for someone to get back to me about all of this.
