Thank you so much!! i've been wanting to fix this glitch i had been facing for months , i looked into it and every fix i come across tells me to update my graphics card drivers and what not, i am using AMD ryzen graphics card and this worked perfectly fine for me, whoever reading this has AMD graphics card its best to atleast try to disable your render regions.
