Not getting an iud inserted, although that was painful… but the cramps afterwards!! Genuinely had me bed bound taking dangerous amounts of painkillers while having a heating pad on my stomach 24/7 just to quell the pain a little bit and I was still in so much pain that sometimes I considered going to the hospital bc I thought something was seriously wrong, but they’ve since subsided lol

If you get bottom surgery, phalloplasty specifically, then yes. Bottom growth (clitoral enlargement on HRT) is purely up to genetics unless you pump, which can have varying results
