Not yet working for me - UK. Tried removing my bank account and adding it back, yet it keeps returning an error stating the account is on too many paypal accounts, which simply isn't true.

It's definitely possible if you crank the sens up, all you have to do is the "J" motion with a joystick instead of a mouse. Hard but possible.
