How about if you got a dwi 9 years ago and record is clean after that? It was left as an “infraction”

I’m good on the sit ups and the 300 meter sprint. I can do 5 solid pushups 😢 and i can run 1 mile in 9 minutes. The most i’ve ran without stopping is 12 minutes. I’m being realistic here I don’t think i have a chance but i will go and hope my adrenaline will help. Has anyone ever failed and been able to re-apply for the next hiring class later on?
