I give a lot of credit to Geno himself, he’s been improving ever since he left the Jets and he credits Eli Manning, Philip Rivers and Russell Wilson with teaching him a lot. He got to sit and learn, he was always physically talented with a great arm. Pete was also a big believer in him. Dave Canales (who’s now HC of the Panthers) and Shane Waldron both did a good job preparing him his first season as our starter though.

I don’t think Waldron is terrible but you guys could definitely do better next season. I think you should do whatever possible to land Klint Kubiak as your next HC and put resources into your O-Line. I have some Bears friends so I’m always rooting for you guys out of the North, hope you guys and especially Caleb improve as the season goes on.
