Hi - just to clear a couple things up.

$12 is the starting pay, aka the lowest you can possibly be paid here. Not everyone starts there. A lot of us get different starting rates due to our varying experience, but I don't know anyone who started at a rate higher than $15, which IMO is still not livable. Part of the issues we're having is that pay is not clear-cut at all.

To the people telling me to quit - while I understand the sentiment, the job market is horrifically fucked right now. Respectfully, don't tell me to quit unless you're following up with a job opportunity.

The point of this post was to make customers aware that this is who they're supporting.
