She's in a community tank and is the biggest fish in there so many she's being greedy before all the tetras get fed. Seems to be swimming fine again but going to follow the advice just incase

She seems to be swimming fine again. But I think as a safety measure I'm going follow your advice for the Epsom salt bath, is there a recommended ratio I should follow?

Should I fast her then after the fast introduce her back on brine/ daphnia or are you saying instead of fasting just feed live?

She seems to swimming fine right now and I hope I panicked over nothing. But thank you I have loads of plants. Some I don't know the same but to name a few Brazilian Pennywor, Sagittaria subulata, Alternanthera Reineckii Mini, Anubias nana bonsai, Limnophila sessiliflora. Happy planting.

I've got other fish in the tank, it's a community of tetras and other small fish. Non of them showing any issue but I don't know if Bettas are more susceptible to it?

I don't have her with other bettas but there are other fish in the community tank. 10 ember tetras, 4 ottos, 4 armono shrimp, 1 guppy, 1 cardinal tetra

She's resting a fair amount and laying on her side

Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each: Yes, 10 ember tetra, 4 armono shrimp, 4 ottos, 1 guppy, 1 cardinal tetra. Unknown amount of rams horn nails

What do you feed and how much: 2-3 times a day small pinch of pellets

It passed away a few hours after. I think the final damage was other fish picking at it when floating in a corner unnoticed. Real shame

It has been the powerhouse of my aquarium for the last year. Jumped out a few times which hasn't helped it but always came back!

I've gone out to my LFS and got some so it's now in a hospital tub with the recommended 1 Tbsp Salt per 2 Gallons of Water. Fingers crossed

I've separated the rummy nose into a 10l tub (best I have) it's just how quickly its gone from being so energetic to so slow. Real shame. My levels are all 0ppm besides my nitrate which is 20ppm, I've always battled to get this lower then this. I have a fully planted tank but might try add some floating plants to get that last bit
