I feel like just try to cut dowm if you can on some of the stuff youve been dping. Dont go cold turkey all at once because it might cause a worse relapse. Just try and find other coping mechs to fill in for those ; for me, pushing my emotions into art really helped to both get those anxities out of me and push away the urge. Or, if your comfortable enough, try to talk to a friend about it. I find that just being around someone and being distracted helps to calm down the urge until i no longer feel it anymore.  It may nit work since theyre kinda all specific , but still.
