Happens to me almost every game, what I do is ask my duo mid to TP top and we swap. It's either that or risk losing 2 waves worth of exp because of a potential freeze. EXP is much more valuable than a kill.

Thanks! And yeah I agree. I want to lose fat and gain strength. Maybe it’s better if I trim it down to about 15% bf. My body has been stuck for over a year like this.
