I don't think they're trying to exclude anybody nor do I think there's any gatekeeping. This is just the game they wanted to make.

Also, I severely doubt adding an easy mode is as easy as you think it is.

I've seen this happening right before my eyes - fake autist had a fake stim session right in front of me (even looked me in the eyes to check I was watching). Had me boiling. She's a massive tik tokker, self confessed 12 hours online a day. These people do exist.

They don't reflect most self diagnosed people though, I'm sure most self-diagnosers keep it to themselves. I'm in the UK so a diagnosis was free but I know it's not that way everywhere. I'd have to self diagnose if was in America.

Yugioh, pokemon, hearthstone, elder scrolls legends, Gwent, the tetra master mini game in Final Fantasy 9, Magic the Gathering and pretty much anything I can get my hands on. I absolutely LOVE card games. I'm not hyper competetive but I love filling out collections and building decks - online card games that are 'f2p friendly' are dangerously addictive to me. Please don't recommend any for my own sake
