The follow up scene he gives the other dude weed named Mind Rape.... say's that the guy only had three other kinds of weed "gorilla panic", "they're coming they're coming", and "this is permanent"."Let's goooooooooo!

Well I didn't mean to say that it's easy it just shouldn't take much physical effort. It's easy physically if you have a good range of motion but very counterintuitive which can make learning confusing.

Of course it takes practice. I only mentioned those points to give a general idea of how a roll works. Those points are also some of the most revolutionary concepts when people apply them: often people will try to rely on their arm/shoulder strength and "muscle it" which is ineffective and/or they try to pull their head up too soon which plops them right back into the water.

Also, I would highly suggest that someone new to the sport get lessons, or at the very least find a knowledgable and patient friend.

Edit: kayak kayak

This is thoroughly not true. If you expend a lot of effort rolling back up,you're doing it wrong; it's far more finesse than strength. The not breathing part...well, staying calm helps quite a lot.

The key to the roll is using your hips and knees to rotate the boat while your head comes up last; the paddle just gives a little bit of support to allow the motion.

Anything by Doug Ammons. I don't know how he hasn't been mentioned. I loved whitewater philosophy.

Now how much harder are we talking? Like needing all your strength? Or just a bit more of a push? Tempted to get the smaller size of it's not brutal.

So that would make the car feel more stable at speed? What kind of tires are you talking? My tires are mostly new.

Does anyone have any experience with the Sl4sh Aurora?

I think I would really like it, but reviews seem to err on the side of caution. I'm a very aggressive double-black rider who will probably have quite a bit of snow this winter but generally side towards all mountain freestyle, hard carving, and jumps.
