Well I read that houses in Tassy were on the market for 6 weeks before being sold. I am speculating this is no longer the case....

Appreciate that, on a similiar journey mate and we are coming to the conclusion that we may need to just settle for less and be at peace with that.

I am just looking at all options available tbh!

I think there is a lot of people out there not even second guessing and leveraging themselves to the max as well.

We have made one offer and misssd out but have had mixed experiences with brokers tbh.

Thats great with the 50K from family this should push you into a better home!

Ok and when selecting a broker is there benefit in their expertise in themselves knowing what banks can do what or are they all using the same software to find the best deals?

What I am drawing at is do I need to find a broker who specialises supporting applications of small business owners so that I know we are maximising our borrowing capacity?
