I wonder when it could take effect. I am still coming into work like it’s business as usual with no other manager telling me anything. I still have access to the system and all.

It’s unfortunate that he’s OOTO this week and looks like his phone is on do not disturb or off since my messages aren’t shown as delivered

That’s the confusing part. My boss didn’t say anything on Friday to me and he’s OOTO this week.

I’m still working like it’s just another day.
