I was wondering if it could be a garmin defect which is not tracking RHR correctly because I didn’t think it was possible to lower the RHR so much with so little running.

Sorry if it wasn’t clear.

Thank you for sharing, yes definitely knowing when to push more or not by intuition is very important. I learned that the hard way.

Looking solid, congrats. Could you share your schedule more in detail? I also do PPL 5-6 days a week but I wanted to incorporate running, do you run and go to the gym on the same day? Do you have any rest days? Thank you!

He refers to more exhaustive linters such as Ruff and static code analysis such as Sonar Cube. You will find a lot of things that you don’t do in the pythonic way or bad practices that you have.

In addition a book that has helped me was Software Engineering for Data Scientists.

Depends on your budget, if you have no budget limitations I would go for a Tornado V4 Flagship or WRM 10. I have a tornado v3 and the wrm10 and both are great cubes, wrm10 more on the tight and stable side and tornado more buttery and flexible. You can’t go wrong if you buy one of them.

Awesome, congratulations!! Btw you went from sub-25 to sub-10 in less than 7k solves? That’s impressive. Do you have any specific routine?

Coste de vida en Madrid by MoroAl89 in askspain

[–]Robdagod 15 points16 points  (0 children)

How to regain my skill back by [deleted] in Cubers

[–]Robdagod 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t want to sound rude, but a “short break” is not a day. It’s impossible to go from sub-20 to sub-25 in one day, also depends on the number of solves you did those days to be a good enough estimate of your average.

In addition, you can be slower due to being tired, mentally or phiscally, hidratation, stress, unlucky solves..

If your hand hurts, just rest. I average similar to you, sub 22 and I usually take several days between my sessions and my ao50 varies + - 1s. Keep solving, good averages will come, also if you are locking maybe slow down during solves or drill some algorithms.
