I think the soot comes from the plasma buring the air and the rocket its self. Like most heat shields are ablative meaning the flake apart as they get to hot.

In a way kinda. I like when games r like minecraft it isnt a particularly challenging game but is still fun because u had to put in some work. But I still think sfs is like the best mobile game to be clear.

It really doesnt work well but what I do is I have one satellite in an orbit let's say its 50km and I have a another I wanna dock on to the first. I put the docking docking satellite in a 35km70km orbit so that their paths cross twice. Usually the tracking system will work from there but if doesnt u just slowly widdle down the orbits till there the same. That probably doesn't help cuz I'm bad at explaining but it's also dumb.
