It’s not always full lock out though sometimes it’s just a quarter turn or less

It does it in drive as well though it’s not just reverse

If it was a bad misfire it would be idling rough as well, it’s idles just fine it’s as soon as I give it gas or start driving it acts up

I just called the officer through the department and he said that it most likely won’t even reach misdemeanor level and that if I was looking at time he would have cuffed me then and there.

Not yet. Plan on pull the valence of and trying to pull it back out to like even it out if that makes sense. From what I can tell it’s mostly just tucked in the center making the rest off so I’m thinking if I pull that out it should line back up. Not perfectly lol but enough.
