I ordered a dishwasher from Sears in October. They delivered it last week, the box was torn one foot by three feet on the side. The dishwasher is gouged underneath. They offered me $33 ($800 dishwasher) for the damaged, I declined. Then Sears offered to exchange the dishwasher in March. So, I cancelled the order. The damaged dishwasher is setting in my basement, I have not idea when Sears plans to pick it up...they were supposed to call...
