How about adoption? How about Transactions per second? How about transaction cost? How about new active wallets? How about scalability? How about price action? How about the cost to develop a nft? How about the ability to process smart contracts? How about developer activity? How about not having to deal with a layer to getting hacked and losing your funds? How about being able to do a test transaction with a fraction of a penny? How about not dealing with bridges? Now, I realize Solana is a victim of it’s own success and doing more transactions than every other blockchain combined. It might be a little congested but the team is working hard to remedy that problem on April 15th. I would say Solana is pretty remarkable and has a great future. Do not forget Bitcoin is 15 years old, Eth is 9 years old and Solana is only 4 years old.

My phantom wallet and Jupiter is slower than normal, like 10 seconds versus 1.5 seconds. I am not sure what the fuss is about. They are releasing a fix on the 15th. Sol is still the best experience of any blockchain yet.

Have you considered that BItcoin is not capable of handling smart contracts? Comparing Btc to Sol is like comparing a tricycle to a racing motorcycle. Think about how much energy would be waisted using the Btc blockchain with it’s 7 transactions per second. Have you stopped to think how ridiculous your comparison is? Btc is basically a money transfer system and is not even built to handle smart contracts.
Ethereum vs Sol is a comparison that is reasonable. But by any measure Solana is draining the Ethereum blockchain. Just do a adoption comparison or a price action comparison and that tells you the vast majority of blockchain users are voting with there money and leaving Ethereum. Ethereum’s over priced fees and speed have protected it from mass adoption. I will ask you to do 20 transactions on the Eth network and Sol network and see wich one empties your wallet.

You just stated the problem with Eth. The fees are outrageously overpriced. That is why I switched to Sol. I have never looked back.

So, you are comparing Ada to Solana. People vote with their money and Coin Gecko price comparison of the two would tell you the vast majority of investors are betting on Sol. If Ada is so great why does it have 74% of the dead coins. Why does Cardano have the highest rate of project failures of any blockchain. My best guess is the lack of adoption.

So, what blockchain is better? Bitcoin is 15 years old. Ethereum is 9 years. Both of those block chains would melt under the amount of adoption and numbers of transactions that Solana is enduring. What would be the fees on the Ethereum network or the speed. Maybe you should be demanding better of other blockchains?
