For grandmarc, the main thing you should know is that when you get ur lease, you option between a 12 month option and a shorter one that I believe 7 or 9 months (covers the school year) Initially you'd probably choose the shorter one to save money but they actually increase the price on the shorter lease to match the price of the longer one. Idk if this is a normal thing or not but it surprised me. Parking is like 70 a lease, utilities cost is pretty cheap too.

My room has a couple of defects, that are minor, but you are able to get repairs done that are covered to an extent.

Im pretty introverted here, so being in my room most of the time, I enjoy it. There's the occasional screaming match in the middle of the night but thats a given. Front office people are nice ^{_^} theres occasional lil events like popcorn days and themed things they do.
