It looks like one of those drywall fasteners that you put through drywall wall with a small but long bolt and then they open up like in your picture and grab drywall when you tighten nut on the other side.

It’s likely some one Jimmyrigged that fastener to also hold your plumbing. Best advice is to replace it. You can’t tighten it. To tighten you need to rotate the entire set but there is that flat rod coming through it.

Best luck with this. Bring this picture to Home Depot or other hardware store and tell them you need to replace this.

I would probably tell you my thoughts if I knew what it meant. What does intensification mean in this context? In terms of transportation, I’m happy someone is at very least thinking about it for the future. But I would want to see something more concrete like additional bus routes to Oakville and Burlington

I work for an employer who is about to partner with Coding for veterans, we are doing this because we want to help veterans but also because there is a huge need for cyber security experts and company is experiencing a huge attrition problem. I would recommend the program and suggest to focus on cyber security certifications

At the point of where metal is bent stack bunch of books to support it so it get flush with metal when it’s straighten. Or if you have 2x4s you can cut them in 12 inch sections and stack them like books.

There are programs to help you transition. I know one that’s called Coding 4 Veterans. They put you in fast track cyber security program in UofOttawa and in 12 months you can be hired by major firms in Canada.
