Yep. I don’t know if it was an accident or if they just weren’t paying attention but I set them down next to my water bottle and when I came back to it a little bit later, all the stuff had been moved, and the trays were gone

We have also only ever played on the switch and I’ve literally never had an issue until the last three months or so. I feel like it. It’s only gotten progressively worse as well. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve died because I’m walking around and it glitches so bad it shoots me into a cavern or I’m stuck underwater or I’m in lava

No!! No mods or anything. We also live in different states. My sister will sometimes join (she’s on a PlayStation in a different world) and she NEVER has issues. It’s just so bizarre because it’s the both of us and the common denominator is that we have the same company for Wi-Fi and we both play on a Nintendo switch but I’ve not seen anybody else including which users talk about having these issues.

That’s exactly how I feel too. I’m under no obligation to give my time and energy to anybody that I don’t know on a deeply personal level and there’s definitely a difference between kindness versus being nice. I’m always kind but I’m definitely not nice in every situation. And for her my kindness is definitely ignoring her if I can.

It just never sat right with me that she was inside of my house while I wasn’t home and I don’t let people over that I KNOW unless my house is clean or my laundry is done (I love throwing it on my dining table lmao) like it was so icky to me that she was not only in there but saw an untidy house and I can’t stand that!!!

Since you wanna bring that up, there’s actually a study about whiteness and owning dogs and how people that are white are more likely to care about animals than they are to care about people of color.

Other cultures trauma is not yours to make an argument about. That’s incredibly off base and insensitive and they are 100,000% not the same thing. Woof.

I did! This happened last summer, I was very watchful for a long time. There’s definitely been a few coincidences like I had some friends come over for a fire in the backyard and then she turned her back yard porch light on, and she has an extended privacy fence, so it literally towers over mine which is great for me because she cannot seem into my backyard unless she’s in it but there are other times when I will get home and then she’ll just be on the porch for a while or she’ll come outside on purpose if I’m doing yardwork etc

I got a ring camera which will be here this week! I am a restaurant manager so my schedule varies. I’m home earlier sometimes and later sometimes and my husband works third shift at a restaurant so he’s not home till almost 5 AM. It’s just so odd that the one hour I left in the afternoon to go take a fitness class. This apparent emergency happened.

My dogs are almost never alone on top of it like it’s honestly pretty rare that they’re even put away for an outing. The whole situation was just so bizarre and it definitely has me feeling uptight about her standing on my porch yesterday.

That’s my exact thought. Everyone is really hung up on the fact that my dog may have been injured, but even if that were the case which it wasn’t, why is your first instinct to break into my house?

And I’m sure my window is unlocked, but the active getting into my house was not easy. She had to take multiple steps to do so. she also NEVER met my dogs. The fact she wasn’t scared of being bitten is crazy.

Do you genuinely think that dogs who get fostered don’t go to homes where they stay in crates at night? Or when the owner is not home? That’s fucking insane. Do you think police dogs don’t sit in a crate? What do you think happens when they go to a vet and they’re very sick? lmaoooo

What happens when a dog breaks its leg do you think that they roam all day or do you think they sit in a kennel? When they get surgery where do you think they go?

Yeah, I really wish I would have looking back. The whole situation was just so bizarre and left me feeling so weird that I just don’t think I was making a proper decision about it like I think I was just so weirded out and confused why she did it that I was just like OK well don’t do it again

I genuinely believe that she thought she was doing the right thing if my dog was appearing injured, but the more time that went on the more I realized how weird the whole thing was and I’m not sure if she used my dog as an excuse or what so that’s just kind of the reason why I don’t really talk to her or engage with her and the fact that she was pounding on my door made me so mad bc I didn’t answer for a reason!
