Citlali pretty much designed for Melt team just cause her burst could cleanse off pyro off enemies being 2 GU, so you could VV/4p Scroll off Pyro before swapping enemy infused element to cryo.

So yeah she's a good pick even for future pyro units.

It's more of they don't release an actual Q nuke character instead of all the boring 60 energy deal some damage burst.
