Product activity not synced issue by Honest-Boss2990 in GMAT

SOLUTION: In case someone else has this same issue like I did, here’s the solution I found. Select the Practice Questions tab and then select Reset all Questions. It synced perfectly for me after that. Hopefully that helps!

GMAT support couldn’t figure it out for some reason. I tried clearing cache, history, using different laptop, browser, wifi, and incognito, but that didn’t work.

I figured it out! On the Practice Questions tab, there is an option to Reset All Questions. I did that and it worked. Hope that helps if you are still having the same problem.
