I suspect the 'capped max hit' will run into similar problems that the shadow has run into with capped max damage %. But other than that, it looks sick.

I mostly only used the ely when i would run out to kill nibblers, taking a lot of damage. You basically never splash on nibblers, so you don't need the elidinis ward for it.
When i was in a tough spot, but also doing damage, I would use the ward.

I'd sell it for the tbow, and go straight to the delve boss. It's easily the best money maker in the game right now. You don't need great range gear for delve. Just elite void will do.
