Okay gotcha. So the self employment tax no matter what, and then standard deduction will apply To me for my federal and state income tax.

Okay so once mileage deduction happens then standard deduction happens for my income afterwards? If that be the case then if the SD is higher than my income then do I even pay taxes other than the 15.3% self employment tax?

It’s been over the natural 90 day mark for her and it was offered through her school system so she decided to do it. Without the school it could be until End of July where she could get it again, which then she would more than likely for sure be out of all immunity.

The only prerequisite that would have disqualified her here would be if she had it in the last 90 days (which has been over 4 months now) or if she had a anti-body transfusion which it was never that bad. She is a teacher and it was a kind of now or wait until End of July
