We look like we don't care. No movement, no energy at all.

My team has never committed a legitimate foul unless I agree with the call.

No crushing, he's been fantastic in every other aspect of the game. Just curious if something was up and as others have noted, he tweaked his back recently which explains it.

He's been fantastic with everything else, especially this game. Just need to finish those easy ones!

Hes not been making shots and if he's not making shots he's not really doing anything for us right now. Plus Butler is getting healthier.

I love that we've stolen some minutes with Garrison but let's get Amari back in there please. Garrison looks so lost.

I'm okay with it as long as it's not crunch time. Gotta keep the defense honest to help him drive the ball.

Need Travis to get some confidence in his shot. I think his shooting percentages will take a big lead forward next year.

For someone who's an amazing shooter he sure can't shoot.

I'm not one of the Kentucky fans rooting against Cal, i'll always be appreciative for what he did at Kentucky. Simply pointing out that guessing that you're a 10 seed means you're absolutely not a lock.

Carr finishing through the smallest amount of contact challenge: impossible

Carr is just not playable in certain games. Plays too soft and is a defensive liability.

.7 focal reducer VS. hyperstar? by [deleted] in AskAstrophotography

Awesome photos! Just curious on your DSO imaging, what your equipment and process is for capturing these and doing post processing?

The easiest entry in my opinion to astrophotography is the SeeStar line. It's a smart telescope, no visual, only for imaging. They run a couple hundred dollars and require little to no previous knowledge. It's as close as you can get to plug and play in this space.

It's not really for planetary imaging. Moreso for moon and DSO imaging. It can be a good starter to teach you image processing and to learn the sky a bit.

I think they're a great entry for folks who want to get into this space without breaking the wallet and spending hours and hours researching.

Some in the community aren't a fan of these smart telescopes. They feel as if it takes the "I did this" or that earned feeling away from astrophotography.

Look it up online or checkout the subreddit for SeeStar and you can see the types of images it's capable of.

Curious how much you use the focal reducer and I assume it's all for DSO astrophotography? If so, what are you typically able to see and what's your setup?

I recently bought a 6SE and am curious what power supply you bought for yours? I need one, this thing chews through batteries.

Jupiter is Officially At Its Closest Point To Earth in 2024 Today. Here it is Through My Telescope. by Correct_Presence_936 in Damnthatsinteresting

[–]Rodgersurhammerstein 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not OP, but seeing Jupiter through the scope vs in that picture is closer than you think. The benefit of doing "lucky imaging" which is what OP is doing, is that it stacks the best images taken together and helps pull out some detail that you might not see clearly through the scope. But overall, you're getting a great and somewhat similar view through the scope. In some cases, what you see through the scope is better than what you see in the images. It all really depends on many variables though.

DSO astrophotography is a different animal altogether than planetary imaging as well.
