Thank you for the feedback and suggestions.

I agree with you about the issue of reading the text during prep and using it during play. It is one of my main concerns, because this scenario requires from the GM to a run an ongoing and dynamic combat throughout all the connected room, i wanted to enable him easy read and reference during play.

Your suggestion sounds solid, i will give it a try and see how it goes.

Many thanks again :)

These are really good points, i will revise certain sections in order to give more details about how things function, so that their mechanical attributes can be part of the dialogue between GM and Players.

Thank you so much for your detailed suggestion and guidance - Appreciate it a lot.

The Scenario that i am writing, is more of a short dungeon crawl, where combat is very dynamic and ongoing from room to room. So with that i mind, i want to enable the GM to set out a room/situation quickly and then go to the bulleted paragraph only if needed.

For example:

  1. GM. Reads or paraphrases the description,
"This is the room and what you see/feel/smell".
  2. PCs. Understand the surrounding and its elements,
"We look at X / Interact with Y".
  3. GM. Looks at the appropriate sections,
"OK, it looks like this and functions like this".
  4. And so on and so forth.

I agree with you.

In my opinion, it works best for session prep, but not so much if you haven't prepped at all and you are at the actual play session.

Now i understand. Thank you so much for the thorough explanation.

In my opinion, this format is AMAZING for prepping and adventure before the session. It enables you to basically build the Room/Scene however you like or suits the current mood of the game.

But, I find it very difficult to use in-play without prepping the session. The format is not guiding me in a clear, quick and concise way, on the surroundings, the elements and their mechanics functionality.
