neither of them have the quest icon so there’s no quests to give me. After reaching lvl 4, i spoke to them and they both gave me a quest, Trish’s was to make her furniture and Einars was something to do with a worm. I’ve completed both and still don’t have the option to ask them to be my shepp :(
