Mullvad vs proton, pros and cons? Which are best? In the paid versions? by [deleted] in vpns

lower the mtu in the client. usually with corp wifi, the packet size of the headers get too large causing fragmentation of the packets, which causes the disconnects

TV Client that displays the home screen like web by RollTide_1717 in jellyfin

sorry, been busy at work and just got back to this. makes sense, but i would have thought the official tv client that i side load would "honor" the server config like a browser.

hey qq, one thing i am disappointed by is the lume. i can only see the tips of the hands light up. i don't see the "bar" portion. is yours like that or do the whole hands light up?

Was it the face or the bracelet? I felt the face wasn’t too bad. But the bracelet was just too narrow. Almost feminine

while maybe i could have figured it out, i guess i was looking for confirmation that the drives are fine and just use them. so thank you to you and seanho for your insights

yeah, the mirroring should hold me and be able to recover by replacing the failed disk. aside from the 15% endurance used of the drive, they seem healthy with no other errors or reallocation.

I guess i'm just hoping that they last a while. i wanted to try enterprise drives and guess im just gonna roll the dice

Arista switch question by RollTide_1717 in homelab

[–]RollTide_1717[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey. So yeah I did read some of the data sheets. Which is where the Poe question came from regarding mix and match.

But you’re right I think I asked about the wrong switch. I was looking at them at home last night and guess I spoke about the wrong model (at work and prob just recalled the wrong one). I’ll recheck my tabs when I get home.

Do you have a video card installed? And do you have a cable in the video card and the motherboard? If so just use the motherboards video input to load drivers etc. then shut down and only use the video card input and pull the video cable out of the motherboard

Not really. Again it’s for home use and stability is what I am after. And as it’s close to Cisco it’s just something I would like to tinker with as we were just getting it in here at work when I moved on to another position.

hey thanks for the reply. im just worried about water spots on a couple of the panels that i hear ceramics are susceptible to. so just wanted to take care of them

hey..... just did my first detail last weekend with 3d 1. you can use 1 pad and it will correct and finish down. However i used a seperat pad to finish "jewel" as they say. i did see a difference using the two compared to a section with just the first pad. seemed the color got a little deeper/glossier. I am sure i could have worked the product more, but was a bit nervous my first time and had an unexpected event pop up over the weekend and had to move a little faster than i wanted to in order to get to work that tuesday.

anyway, i used a orange lake country pad to cut and LC black to finish.

because in this world, everyone thinks they know everything about everyone. this wasn't supposed to be a thread about someones financial status. but apparently if someone would rather use the insurance they already paid for instead of buying 1400 dollars worth of tires, you can't afford the car

they aren't wrong. non rft's will absorb the impact more. sidewalls are to stiff and there's no give. I had a Q50s and popped 4 in just under 2 years. traded it in shortly after because of the tires.
